Refund policy

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending anything back — returns sent without prior contact cannot be accepted.

Conditions
- The watch must be returned unworn and in the same condition as received, with all included items (box, papers, tags, protective film).
- Return shipping is paid by the buyer and must be sent with a tracked service.
- The original shipping cost is not refunded, unless a clear defect in the item is confirmed.
- Import duties and taxes paid on delivery are not refundable by us. You may be able to reclaim them from your local customs.

If the item is not as described
If the watch differs significantly from the listing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. Once confirmed, we will cover the return shipping and refund in full, including the original shipping cost.

Authenticity guarantee
If a watch is proven not to be genuine by the brand or a qualified independent watchmaker, we will accept its return and refund the full amount, including shipping.

As-Is items
As-Is items are sold without any guarantee of function and cannot be returned, except when they are not as described.

Refused deliveries
If a shipment is refused or returned because import duties were not paid, the refund will exclude the shipping costs in both directions and any fees incurred for the return.
